Seasoned Oyster Crackers

Super easy and delicious! Caution: Hard to stop eating by the handful. 

1/4 c. unsalted butter

3 T. olive oil

3-4 tsp. Peg's Salt® plus 1

2 bags of oyster crackers (14 oz each)

Melt butter then add oil and Peg's Salt. Mix well.

Mix butter and oil together, then add Peg's Salt. Put crackers in a large bowl and pour seasoned butter over them. Toss until well coated.  Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Dust with another teaspoon of Peg's Salt. Bake in a 250-degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake for another 10 minutes.
