Seasoned Oyster Crackers
Super easy and delicious! Caution: Hard to stop eating by the handful.
1/4 c. unsalted butter
3 T.olive oil
3 tsp. Peg's Salt®
7 c. oyster crackers (14 oz)
Melt butter then add oil and Peg's Salt. Mix well.
Put crackers in a large bowl and pour seasoned butter over them. Toss until well coated. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in a 250-degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake for another 10 minutes.
