This is the coolest way to make the best-tasting popcorn at home. And it's so easy to fix and clean up after because the popper can just be tossed in the dishwasher. But follow the instructions, especially the one about standing at the microwave until the popping stops. You don't want to burn your popcorn. And use good judgment as to how much popcorn salt to use initially. You can always sprinkle a little more on top if you didn't put enough in the popper initially.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our microwave popcorn popper. We appreciate your helpful tips as well. We hope you continue to enjoy delicious and hassle-free popcorn with our popper and with Peg's Salt!
I have found a bunch of uses for Peg's No-Salt, but here's the best one: seasoned cashews. You can buy raw, unsalted cashews on Amazon for cheap. Mix one pound in a bowl with a little olive oil (2 Tbsp.), Peg's No-Salt (2 Tbsp.) and Peg's Popcorn Salt (1/2 tsp.), Roast on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet at 300F for about 20 minutes. Then sprinkle another 1/2 tsp. of Peg's popcorn salt on them and let cool. And if you truly want to show your friends and neighbors how much you love them, give these seasoned cashews at Christmas. It works.
