Peg's Salad Dressing
This recipe is an Ohio classic that has just the right balance of garlic and sweetness.
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Peg's Salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients except for oil in blender. Add oil and blend for approximately 30-45 seconds to emulsify the ingredients. Refrigerate.
